Tuesday Fun, yet again...

Anna was getting used to fun Tuesdays out with Mommy, so when Auntie Nina mentioned the Shedd Aquarium was free on Tuesday this month, it was a date! We saw fish, an octopus, blue frogs and snakes. The highlight--rowing a canoe down the "river." Anna wonders where she and Mommy will go next Tuesday or if she can convince Mommy that they should go on these field trips everyday!

Another Fabulous February Fieldtrip

So the weather might not have been as wonderful as last week (it is February in Chicago after all!), but Mommy and Anna continued their fun and fabulous February fieldtrips with a trek up north to the Kohl Children's Museum. With a life size Brio train (her favorite part!), musical instruments, cars to drive, games to play, and sick pets to care for, Anna was busy busy busy. Mommy got her exercise, too! :)

Mommy Turns 30!!! (or Mmmmm fancy dinners out!)

Mommy turned 30 this weekend and Nana and PapPap came to celebrate! Anna had lots of fun--what could be better than eating at fancy restaurants and dancing the day away? Mommy
should turn 30 everyday! :)

64 degrees and sunny in February?!?!

With a weather forecast like that, Anna and Mommy knew just what to do! They went to the zoo, of course! After spending the morning talking about giraffes, Anna was less impressed seeing them in person. The "mapes" (apes) however were lots of fun and Anna's most favorite part. Anna's best line of the day--"Anna smells animal poops. Yuck. Animal poops."
