Uncle Arun's Here!!! Let's go to the Zoo!
After months of hearing about him, Anna finally got to meet Uncle Arun (otherwise known as "Roon"). But what to do with him after all that build up? Spend a fun day at the zoo, of course! Who cares that he lives in San Diego where they apparently have some fancy-schmancy zoo? When Anna's there, any zoo rocks! (P.S.--We miss you already and promise to come visit you and your fancy-schmancy zoo soon, Uncle Arun!)

Don't ever step on a snake
Anna took Mama and Dada to a really fun event sponsored by the Chicago Park District called "Toddlers, Tunes and Turtles." Not only did Anna get to dress up like a ladybug, play with water and drive a wheelbarrow. She also got to make friends with what quickly became her favorite animal--that's right, a snake! :) They made her laugh and she loved touching them. Big fun for a Thursday evening!

Early riser...
